• Offer additional services or products – look for services and items that will add value to your practice. This could be first aid kits, vitamins or even cosmetic procedures. Choose products you can believe in and can endorse to your patients.

Do you know where most of your new clients come from? It’s probably referrals. Keep your patient load high by encouraging referrals from your favourite clients – whenever they refer a new client, reward them with a small gift.
