Career Overview: Having spent 10 years as a Company Accountant and General Manager for Ford and Mitsubishi in regional NSW, Wayne has developed specialist management knowledge aiming for peak performance. An owner-operator of a successful Finance and Lending business, Wayne has refined his skills as a Manager and recognises the importance of teamwork to achieve business success.

Life outside PJT: Wayne enjoys the relaxing lifestyle the Sunshine Coast has to offer, spending time with family and friends and coaching junior soccer. Wayne enjoys the outdoors and spends his time bike riding, camping, bush walking and playing a round of golf.

Kelly Brand - Office Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Accounting & Diploma Human Resource Management

Area of Expertise: Company Accounting, Cashflow Management/Debt Control and Office Management

Career Overview: Having spent 6 years as a Company Accountant in the very competitive Fuel Industry, Kelly continued to challenge herself by studying in specialist areas of Contract Management, Computing and Human Resource Management. A people's person, Kelly then moved on and joined the Health Industry where she gained valuable experience over a 5 year period. Kelly and her husband relocated to the Sunshine Caost where Kelly refined her skills as a Manager in the Hospitality Industry.

Life outside PJT: Kelly enjoys all sports water related- swimming, boating, surfing and loves to keep fit by bike riding, running, walks on the beach and boxing. A social butterfly, Kelly values her time with her friends, spending time outdoors, house renovations and travelling to see and swim with dolphins.

Amanda Manton - Receptionist

Area of Expertise: Administration, Reception

Career Overview: Amanda worked as an accounts assistant at a Law firm on the Gold Coast, and then travelled overseas to London and around parts of Europe for the past 2 years. Amanda has studied accounting overseas and is looking to further her studies at Sunshine Coast University.

What do you do in your life outside PJT? Amanda enjoys any activities to do with the outdoors, ballroom dancing, bush walking and travels down to the Gold Coast most weekends to spent time with family and friends

Katie Knight - Client Services Assistant

Area of Expertise: Client Management, Workflow, ATO Administration, Client Matters, Data Entry and General Administration.

Career Overview: Katie entered the workforce in 2001 working for a public practice accounting firm and  after three years moved on to become a office manager/administrator for a small construction company. Katie returned to the Accounting Industry and began with another public practice accounting firm in Noosa. In 2006, Katie joined the team at PJT.  

Life outside PJT: Katie is a talented artist who's art work adorns the walls of the reception area at PJT. Katie also enjoys the beach, socialising with friends and family, good food, good music and good times.

Rebecca Cahill - Client Services Assistant

Career Overview: Rebecca has a wide range of experience, with 4 years as an Administration Officer with a successful accounting firm, Rebecca has also spent time as an Event and Conventions Coordinator with a renouned Casino and Convention Centre in the Northern Territory. Rebecca was rewarded for her commitment to excellence with a fully funded trip to the USA.

Life outside PJT: Rebecca enjoys the beach, swimming, going for walks, touch football, dancing & socialising with friends.

Desley Nelson - Client Services Officer

Qualifications: Justice of the Peace (Commissioner for Declarations)

Area of Expertise: Client Service Administrative tasks, ATO Administration and accurate Data Entry.

Career Overview: Desley has been with the firm for over 20 years and has experienced many changes throughout the years. Desley has contirbuted to the growth and expension of the business, both in employees and housing from a small three room office to the office that we have today. Desley has developed trusting relationships with long term clients who have known her from her first days with the firm.

Life outside PJT: Socialising with family and friends and enjoying what the beautiful Sunshine Coast has to offer is a favourite past time of Desley's. Desley is a busy mother of two 14 year olds and enjoys balancing her professional life and family life.

Karen refined her skills and knowledge from undertaking general administration duties to assisting Corporate clients. Gaining a overall high level of expertise, Karen has effortlessly applied her exceptional skills and knowledge to her vital position here at PJT.

Life outside PJT: Having recently relocated from Sydney, Karen enjoys spending her time exploring the Sunshine Coast with partner Ty and her new puppy, Cooper. Karen enjoys outdoor activities and is a self confessed movie buff!!

Career Overview: Nikki worked in the dental industry for the past 6 years as a Practice Manager. Nikki mastered her art of juggling a million tasks at once whilst always managing to brighten everyone's day. 

Life outside PJT: Nikki loves spending time with her partner and 5 year old daughter, Amelia. Going to the beach, socialising, shopping and reading are some of Nikki's favourite past times.
