PJT Advisor Ravi Sharma Wins Most Valuable Team Player in an Accounting Business

Eight high performing Accounting Firms have received accolades for the outstanding results they achieved in 2011 at the Proactive Accountants Network Awards held on Hamilton Island in March 2012.  Local business advisor Ravi Sharma from PJT Accountants & Business Advisors took home the award Most Valuable Team Player in an Accounting Business.

Ravi was judged against employees across 298 Accounting firms spanning Australia and New Zealand.

PJT wins Accounting Firm of the Year Award

Innovative Sunshine Coast firm PJT Accountants & Business Advisors has won the highly coveted “Accounting Firm of the Year” award. The announcement was made during the annual conference for Nixon Advantage, on Hamilton Island on the 24th of February 2011. Over 160 firms from Australia and New Zealand were in the running for the award.

PJT Accountants and Business Advisors took home the Professional Services Large Business Award 2010, in the Sunshine Coast Excellence in Business Awards.

The Sunshine Coast Excellence in Business Awards have evolved to become the most significant and prestigious regional business event on the Sunshine Coast. Now in their 16th year these awards are dedicated to supporting and celebrating business on the Sunshine Coast. This year, 130 finalists competed for 13 business category awards, a record number.

PJT were nominated and voted as the "Professional Business of the Year" at the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce and Industry Regional Business Awards for 2008 AND 2009.

We competed against literally dozens of professional organisations in the area. As stated in the local newspaper::

Jodie Thompson: Corporate Business Woman of the Year for 2009

Our very own Jodie Thompson won the Sunshine Coast Business Women's Network "Corporate Business Woman of the Year" for 2009.

Jodie always had an interest in business, so becoming an Accountant was a natural step. She began her career as an Accountant with a local firm, and studied her Bachelor of Business part time.

Jodie has worked for large international companies overseas in England, Canada and Ireland. Jodie returned to Australia and purchased her own Accounting Firm when she was 27. Since that time, Jodie has worked to change the direction of her business by focusing on improving client's business and lifestyle goals with proven results shown in PJT's client businesses.
